1. The service
RedWatch is a command-line agent and an API that uses AI models to help with security engineering tasks. Output is generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review findings and changes before relying on them.
2. Accounts and keys
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details. You're responsible for everything done with your API keys. Keep them secret and revoke any key you think is exposed.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must follow the acceptable use policy. In short: only use it on devices and software you have the rights to.
4. Credits and payment
- Credits are prepaid and deducted per request based on usage.
- Credits don't expire while your account is active, and have no cash value.
- Refunds of unused credits are available on request within 14 days of purchase.
- Prices may change; changes don't affect credits you've already bought.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the files, prompts and output you process with RedWatch. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using RedWatch at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy.
